Refund Process and Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hrs using the original payment method or another approved refund method.

Please note that banks, payment gateways, or mobile wallet providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping Costs
